AlumKnights is pleased to announce its third slate of mini-grants to boost participation in clubs and other school activities that promote a sense of belonging and connection for all Del Norte students – one of the pillars of our Community School. Fall 2026 recipients are: Chess Club, School Spirit, E-Sports, Educators Rising, Baile Folklorico, Wrestling, Choir, Band, DECA, Health Office, Softball, AVID, and Orchestra Class. Our goals are to expand the number of students involved and increase the quality of their participation to deepen school, peer, and community connections, which are tied to student success.
AlumKnights began in 2012 and has contributed over $30,000 to various DNHS school programs and over $120,000 in college scholarships for DNHS students. Donations come from the annual appeal, restaurant fundraisers, silent auction, memorial gifts, bowling fundraisers, and Ballet Folklorico performances.
