Del Norte High School (Albuquerque, NM) senior 3rd baseman Reina CdeBaca has signed a letter of intent to continue her education and softball career at Missouri Valley College. She is the first DNHS softball player in seven years to accept an athletic scholarship.
Reina also received a Scholastic Art & Writing 2020 Gold Key Award in photography from the New Mexico Art Education Association (NMAEA), in conjunction with the national Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. She plans on pursuing a business degree and starting her own company some day.
